Wojciech Kic, CCIM, is founder and President of APPEALpropertyTAX.com and has been appealing property taxes for Harris County homeowners for almost two decades. Mr. Kic received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from The University of Houston and a Masters of Business Administration from Rice University. As a tax consultant specialist for owners of real estate, he is registered as a Property Tax Consultant.

Lawrence C. McDowell is Vice-President of APPEALpropertyTAX.com and a 35-year veteran in the business. Mr. McDowell received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Sam Houston State and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. He is also registered as a Property Tax Consultant.

George McDowell is consultant to the firm. Mr. McDowell received a Bachelor of Science degree from West Point and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University.
